Meet Shannon

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Shannon Gray is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a passion for promoting health through a whole food plant based lifestyle. She enjoys working with people about how to create and sustain healthy lifestyle habits in order to reach their goals.

After transitioning to a whole foods plant based lifestyle starting in 2017, Shannon has come across many challenges. Shannon suffered from chronic cystic acne and could not find the answers as to why or how to heal. After countless doctor visits, antibiotics, creams, face masks, topical ointments, dry skin, hopelessness, doubt, and shame, Shannon finally found her answer. As she learned more about a whole foods plant based diet, she slowly transitioned. The more she learned, the more motivated she became, and the more success she was seeing. She is now completely plant based and has changed her entire view on food and nourishing the body to heal. She has been inspired to help others who feel lost, confused, or skeptical. She wants to help others reconnect with food, build positive relationships with healing foods, understand the foods that do not serve you, and create healthy and sustainable lifestyles.

Shannon offers private nutrition consultations to help clients who suffer with chronic illnesses and those interested in adopting a whole foods plant based diet and personalized nutrition to improve health, well-being and performance.

A plant based diet is like a one-stop shop against chronic diseases.

Think about it: Heart disease and diabetes, which account for more deaths in the U.S. and worldwide than everything else combined, are completely preventable by making comprehensive lifestyle changes. Without drugs or surgery.
