Service Description

The first session includes a health history, food recall, goal setting, discuss nutrition and health topics specific to you, and discuss strategies and tools to sustain a whole foods plant based diet.

Cancellation Policy

Please notify me at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule via email or phone. Cancellations within 24 hours or non attendance fees will be charged at 50% of consultation fee.
